How the Rubin Build-Out 100 Index Works
Equal Weight (EW)
Each constituent contributes equally (1/N). Rebalanced quarterly on the first trading day. Best gauge of average stock performance across the semiconductor supply chain.

Reading Δ21.
The level is how strong the trend is right now — a weighted 252-day slope, annualised.
Δ21 is how much that level has changed over the past 21 trading days (about a month). Because price is the slowest signal,
trend strength is coincident, and the change in trend strength leads, Δ21 surfaces
momentum build-up and fade before price reacts. Positive = accelerating. Negative = fading. Rising price with falling Δ21 is a long-warning. Falling price with rising Δ21 is an early-chance setup.
